Sorry for the late posting, my computer has been going haywire again.
Day 1 of Choir Camp
Met up with the committee members at 7am. Then the grouping commence. Kinda funny to see the choir members making animal noises in front of the NPCCs. Then after the grouping, ice-breaker games were played. My group was rather the quiet one. Lunch was quite ok. Then games were continued until 2pm. There was a R&R time before choir practice. Then Mr Liew came over for choir practice. We learnt about half of the set piece within that practice. After the practice was wash-up and dinner. Dinner was also quite ok. Then the night practice began. Without the pianist around, we were all messed up. After that we had movie screening. Initially the Mdm Li did not want us to watch Scary Movie 4 because of the rating. But then she agreed after much debating with the seniors. After the movie, it was lights out. Some of the choir members did not want to sleep. I slept at 2.30am+ and woke up at 6am.
Day 2
PT was the first activity of the day. We did some stretching and ran round the field. After that breakfast was served. The CSI activity commence after the breakfast. The committee members had our hair sprayed either orange, red or a mixture of orange-red. It did not went quite well as we expected. Then lunch as usual and the usual break before practice. We learnt the whole song during the practice. Dinner and wash up at the same time again. Then the night practice began. It was quite ok. Then we had some jewellery making session. It was difficult to make the loops perfect. Then lights out at around the same time. The committee members had to pack the prizes until about 1am. Then some were allowed to go to sleep while the others did the filling of the water bombs until 2am.+.
Day 3.
Breakfast was served and after that choir practice began. It was quite ok and after that, we had the measurements for our new choir costume. After that, we had our telematch games and wet games. After the games, it was raining heavily. The committee members stayed behind and washed the things we used in the rain. After the cleaning up, we went to wash up and proceeded to the music room. Prizes were given out and my team got second. Then at night, I had to go for my Wushu grading. I screwed up the first try when I forgot the routine. During the second try, I fell down. Hopefully I can at least maintain a silver for this grading.
