The sec 3s are actually much more workable with than I thought. Judy and Eda are the first friends whom I made in this trip. We would gather to play cards until lights out at the end of each day. Jerome, Yuan Quan, Eric, Dorcas and Abigail who were in my group, I initially thought they would be the not co-operative type but towards the second half of the entire trip, we were able to communicate well with each other. Lye Boon from the other group started to call me 'Biao Ge' after knowing that I was Wan Ying's cousin. Jin Kai, someone whom I knew while playing basketball in school, help me finish my vegetables on one occasion. Issabelle, the youngest daughter of Mrs Chan, was the one that was attracting everyone's attention. She is just so cute. I only befriended her during the Mt Ruapehu part where I played with her by crawling with her along up the slopes. She had difficulty in remembering my name whenever I asked her, only until I told her my English name then she could remember my name. Christabelle, the older daughter of Mrs Chan, was the 'princess' of the trip. She could actually be a good leader, considering that she is a good speaker and takes initiative. She is also from the same primary school as me.

This trip proves not just educating but also meaningful. It would be a memory that I would never forget.
