26 April
Reached Pei Hwa Presbyterian Primary School at 7.30am. This was my first coaching in Pei Hwa. Wei Liang and Marilyn were also coaching as well. Administration stuff lasted until 9am and then we started lesson. It was quite difficult as the students were quite naughty and unwilling to listen.
After lesson, which was at 10am, we went back home.
At about 6.40pm, I reached Marina Square McDonald. I was meeting Evelyn and Jia Hui to pass them some notes for their exam. Then we sat down and I was helping them with some of the problems that they had in certain subjects. Time past really fast and it was around 10pm so we left.
All the best to those whose exams have already started and those whose are starting soon.

Just to do at least an update per week.
25th April
Lessons started as usual at 9am. Our lesson for that day was PDA: Program Designing and Authoring. Basically, we learn how to use action scripts on Macromedia Flash for that lesson. We were then released way ahead of schedule at about 11am. We had our preparation for the Variety show on the afternoon. It was a quick run and then we had our lunch. After lunch, some of us went to the IT help desk at block 5. In the end, it was a wasted trip as nothing was installed for us. Then for the variety show, we head over to 2nd level of the convention center. The stage was not as what we expected. And the setup was totally unlike what they told it would be. Anyway, we managed to utilise the stage fully for our performance. In the end, my class got second, which was kinda surprising as we only prepared it the day before. Our prize was $85 Delifrance voucher.

18th April
This day was a really long day for me. As usual, had to be in school by 9am. We had a brief about our FCP module and then we head to the library to search for information. After that, we head to the LT 26 for a talk by the Course Director. We were then given 2 hours of lunch. More than half of my class made our way to SIM canteen for lunch. The food there wasn't too bad. After lunch, we had to get back to our classroom to do some mind map thing. And at 4pm, we were released and collected our art material before leaving. After that, slack at the Atrium with Leonard while waiting for time to pass. At 7pm, I met Alvin and Jia Hao at Lot 1. We walked around while waiting for Xian Feng. After he came, we were deciding on what present to buy for Wan Jia whose birthday was just hours away. Then we went to buy a cake at Bengawan Solo. From there, we met Wan Zhen and Hui Jie. We then head down to the void deck of the birthday girl's house. We waited for Kang Yi to arrive before we had the cake cutting. Had some talk with our old clique from secondary school. Then after the cake cutting, we were smearing each other's face with the cream from the left-over pieces of cake. Took some group photos also. After that, we cleared up and then Alvin, Jia Hao and Hui Jie left first. The rest of us talked until 12am+ before we left. Xian Feng and I walked all the way to Teck Whye and then we had a long talk till like 2am. It was the first time we sat down and talked about so many things till such a late time.

17th April
We were put into the same group as the first mini project which we did on Monday. This time, our project was to make a short story within the campus. One of my group member was the star of the day. He was the best actor in our group. After filming down our video, the year 3s help in the editing of the video. Then we had lunch and proceeded back to the art studio for the showcase. The day ended early about 3pm. We then made our palm prints at the wall before going home.

16th April
We had to bring our MacBook for some update stuff. Then we also brainstorm for our variety show which would be on the 23rd April. And we had a newcomer in our class. Her name was Sheryl. Motivational talk was from 1-2pm. It was quite an interesting talk by Mr Marvin Tan. After the talk, we had this cheer practice in the LT for the Fun Day at the Sports Complex. We were like not so enthusiastic for it. After that, we made our way to the sports complex. Most of the people in my class left early including me. We like gathered at the atrium to spend the time off.

15th April
This day was the first IS module lesson we had. Had to be in school by 8am. Met Mervin at Bukit Panjang Bus interchange before we board the bus to NP. There was a jam and in the end we were late by a few minutes. Managed to find our classroom by luck. So coincidental, Carol, the girl I worked with for the mini project, and Qing Ping, the girl I met through Jasmine, were in the same IS class as me. We were brief through the IS modules things. We were grouped into groups of 4 after some categorizing of our personality. My group had Mervin, Claudia and Sean. After the IAC IS module, we head over to our next lesson which was 1COMT. Our teacher was Ms Jackie Teo and she was quite a funny teacher. The lesson was not very boring. We were however group into another grouping again for this lesson for some presentation. Then we were grouped back again to our IAC group to discuss about an information topic that we were to do. Our new group member in the IAC group was Lovell who missed the morning lesson. Lesson ended around 12pm and spent a few hours in school doing nothing before going home.

Another week has passed
14th April
First day of orientation week at ICT.
We had to be in school by 9am. Had school briefing at LT 28. After that, we head over to the Art Studio for another briefing, specifically for the MMA students. Had lunch after that. Following that, we had this mini project thing which MMA students were divided into groups and we worked with people from the other MMA class. We also had Yr 2 and 3 students in the group. The year 3s in the group were Joanne and Mei Ting. The year 2s were Clarence, Wei Liang, Rong Kang and Shawn. And lastly, the year 1s were me, Carol, Xue Li and Yuen Chung. We weren't quite enthusiastic about doing it. Then we had to present in front of two mentors. After that, we were released.

Hernandes birthday @ the Cage 12th April
Made my way to Kallang and supposedly wanted to cab myself to the Cage. Coincidentally, saw Hao Meng, his girlfriend Xin Hui, Jaryl's girlfriend Beverly there. Then Guo Hong arrived and Jaryl arrived slightly later with his two other friends. We made our way there by two separate cabs. Upon reaching the Cage, there were quite a number of people there, mostly friends of Hernandes and also from Wufang. Food was catered there. Had a friendly game of soccer match there. Was not very good at it. There was cake cutting after the medals were given out. Left at about 10pm+ with those who I came with and had food at McDonalds. We then made our way home by cab.

ICT Induction on 11th April
This marks the first time I mingled with the people from my school and course in Ngee Ann Poly. Reached there at about 8.40am. Registered myself and waited around to enter the LT 22. Once seated, I felt very alone as no one I knew had arrived. Then while seated according to our classes, I made my first friend who is in my course and class, Edmund. Following that, saw Mervin arrived. Had a long briefing in the LT 22. After the briefing, we were brought to different classrooms where we get to meet our mentors and also to get to know each other. We played this name game to memorise all the people's name. Let's see, in my class: Wen Hau, Samuel, Malik, Julien, Jasmine, Geok Ying, Jing Yin, Effie, Woan Shin, Christine, Christina, Vanessa, Kang Wei, Edmund, Leonard, Raymer and Deric. Anyway, our student buddy from the second year was Grace and our mentor was Ms Ryanto Anita. After the ice breaking, we head down for lunch. The food was not bad. We sat with our classes.
After lunch, we had some games on. The first was some tour around the school of ICT and completing each station as a team. Upon completing the stations, we made our way to the sports stadium for the second game. There were also some stations there and with each station completed, depending on the difficulty, we were given a 'key' to open the 'safe' and we had to get the right 'combination' to win. We didn't manage to win though. After that, we all head down to the track and had some sort of dance as a school. It was quite funny. Then we were released way before the scheduled time. I only realize Jill is in the same school as me but she is in the Diploma for IT. Head over to canteen 1 to wait for the school of engineering camp to end. After an hour plus there, the SOE camp was still not over and I head over to Cheers to wait for Aik Hao and Benedict. It eventually ended close to 8pm. Had dinner with them at West Mall's Burger King before heading home.

After training, me, Guo Hong, Hao Meng, Jun Ming, Vincent and Coach Cai went to Party World at Shenton Way. We sang from 10pm+ all the way till about 2am. One of Vincent's friend came to join us. Nearing to the end of the KTV session, we played some games with the dice. Whoever lose would be flicked on the forehead with a finger. It was quite fun.
Hopefully there would be more of such outing

Went to watch the Inter-Secondary School Wushu Competition at Chung Cheng High School (Main). Had quite a tough time finding the place. The competition had already began for quite some time. Manage to see a few of those I recognize doing their routine. Yi Ting managed to clinch a Gold in Sword 1st International. After that, took Coach Xue's car with Chu Quan to Wufang. Training was quite tiring and I was already wobbly at the legs during the jumping that I kept falling down.
