Today was a very long day for me.
Woke up early in the morning. Changed out and took a bus to interchange and then took the MRT to Buona Vista and waited for the bus to Henry Park Primary School. I must say the school is really damn big. It took up the space of the former Raffles Girls Primary School. The students who study there are mostly rich kids. Was down there to assist Guo Hong and Jun Ming to coach the kids and their parents. This is one of the more different school that is under Wufang in that there are parents and staffs joining along the wushu lesson. The kids are also more obedient compared to the other schools I have taken. After that, head down to Wufang supposedly wanting to train but in the end help Guo Hong with another coaching. Had lunch at Newton Food Center.
After lunch, it was still quite early so Guo Hong and I made our way down to Marina Square and walked around before going to play pool. Played for about an hour. Our pooling skills were quite rusty. Can't even remember when was the last time I played pool. Then walked around again in search of something to buy for Michelle's birthday present. Walked to Suntec and eventually found a present that we could get for her. Also bought a birthday card. We then made our way down from Suntec to Parkway Parade. Once at Parkway Parade, we had a long walk before entering East Coast Park. But the walk was not over yet. We walked for about 10-15 minutes before we reached the McDonalds. It was not the end yet. We still had to walk another 5-8 minutes before passing by Burger King. And the last part of the journey took us about 10-15 minutes or so to reach the chalet.
We were one of the earlier few at around 5.30pm+. Helped ourselves with some of the food. Night began to fall and more and more people arrived. Sit around, chat with the others, play with the kids, eat the food. That's mostly what we did there. There wasn't much to do either. Soon it was about 10.30pm and me, Yao De, Bing Han and Li Jun took a cab all the way to Jurong before going our separate directions.
Will get the photos from the facebook group ASAP.
