Saw this little kitten near my house. It was starving until it was being fed with some food. I kinda miss the times I used to look after hamsters, budgerigars and mice. Those were the times.

Went out to meet Xian Feng, Alvin, Choon Tat and Ashilah. I was seriously late as I had taken a short rest and ended up waking around 2.45pm which was the time to meet. Told them to go ahead first. Took bus 190 to Cineleisure and we had Pastamania. After the meal, we walked around Cineleisure waiting to kill time as we had about an hour before the movie starts. Watched Coming Soon. It was one of the better horror movies that I have watched. I must say Thai people are really good at making horror movies. Alvin and Xian Feng were constantly screaming when they watched the movie. Choon Tat also screamed a few times. Ashilah and I weren't as scared as the others. Was only frightened by a scene or two only.

After the movie, we walked around Orchard. Walking in to Ngee Ann City, walked through some of the branded shops. Imagine buying a belt that cost several hundred dollars. We are poor kids. Can't go for the brands. Went into Wisma Atria. Explored around. While we were leaving from the rear exit of the building, saw Lister, Ronald, Rayvern, Daniel, Benjamin and a few more I can't remember who. Sent Ashilah off who had to go back to run some errands. The remaining 4 of us were deciding what we can do. Decided to go Cineleisure again to the E2Max to play Left4Dead since there were exactly 4 of us. While walking back to Cineleisure, saw a junior from Unity Sec, not sure if it was her. Played an hour before leaving.

On the way to the MRT station, saw Beverly and some of her friends. Took the train back home with the remaining people. Upon reaching CCK, saw Xue Yi with her friends as well who had ended training.

Hasn't been a lot of updates.

Starting from Thursday.

Met my 1M03 friends, comprising of Wen Hau, Edmund and Samuel, at Jurong Point at 11am. We intend to watch movie at around 12pm timing as I have something on at 3pm. In the end, we decided to watch Mall Cop as we were not of age yet to watch Watchmen. It was quite a funny movie. After the movie, went down to Jurong Spring CC to teach the Yuhua people. 3 hours of training, nothing much to do. Brought Matthew down to Wufang again. Bought a Nine-Section Whip from Coach Xue. Now I have my own whip to practice with. As usual, after training, we went for supper and went home.

Saturday

Met Guo Hong and Matthew at 3pm at Somerset. We went to watch movie and bought tickets for Mall Cop. I didn't mind watching again cause it was quite a nice and funny movie. While waiting for the time to pass, we went to play LAN and a while of arcade. After the LAN and movie, we head down to Marina Square as Guo Hong wanted to buy slippers and since I also need a new slippers, I bought at the same shop with him. Had dinner at McDonalds. Walked around Suntec City before we went home.

Just finished my last event today. Was a little disappointed. Almost could have gotten 1st place if not for some of my jumps that I didn't do well. Was off by 0.07 points I think. Made a few friends today though. One of which is my competitor from South Africa. It was his first time in a international competition so he was a little nervous and forgot some part of his routine. But it wasn't bad. Heard that they are going to Wuhan to train after the competition. Another one was a guy doing spear who got 9.0. He used to be in the national team and he has opened his own Wushu school in Taiwan. Another two were made during the bus trip to Ma On Shan Stadium. These two people were from Qing Dao team and they approach us to exchange badges with us. We didn't know the use of the badges until now. Then after that, we decided to get their contact and we exchanged contacts. They are going to Macau on Tuesday to tour. Hopefully we may see each other around some day.

My first event ended well. Was up against a Russian guy who did a traditional sword routine, which I guess enabled me to get my gold medal. His score was 8.50 while mine was 8.55. Didn't really do the standard I expected myself to do. A lot of movements were not very clear and not nicely done. Rather disappointed myself.

Seems like I am only there to make up for the number in the group.

Pardon me for ranting about my teammates again. But I just want to say this: If you guys still treat me as friend, please listen to what I have to say for you.

I used to think that we are a team, we are one. Right now, I don't think that way as much as before. Does being from two different organisation make such a big difference? I kinda feel left out from the team which I have been with for the past few years. I'm losing the feeling, losing the motivation. And competition is less than 8 hours away. Maybe it was not a right choice for me to have come for this competition. It only makes me more troubled.

This was one of the conversation that I had with the team.

Person: Why never ask us out?

What I felt like replying was actually: You guys never ask me out also when you all went out.

But being the goody-goody boy who always keep everything to myself, I just replied with another answer.

Just to update about my competition.

My sword is against a Russian guy on Sunday 8.30am.
My spear is against a French, a South African and another I suppose is either Hong Kong, Taiwan or Malaysia on Monday afternoon I think.

Thanks everyone for the wishes. I'll do my best for the competition.

On a sad note, I got an injury today during training on my knee. Seems like this always happens before my competitions. Last year, I injured my left leg after doing a split landing from a jump. And following that, I nearly sprained my ankle that time. Hope it relieves before my competition.
