Ok, I haven blogged in ages. Keep getting nagged by my friends =x Been quite busy with Chingay. This Chingay has been full of ups and downs for me. Losing some close friends and getting new friends, it has been life testing. I'm quite happy that this year's Chingay has been quite fun, getting to know more people and at the same time, being a trainer, building up my leadership skills. Looking forward to taking more photos this year.

Its been so freaking long since I last posted. Been quite lazy and wanted to change blogskin along with helping my another friend.

Shall update what happened today.

Morning Chingay practice. Weather was not too welcoming as it rained and stopped. Went over to Marina Square to meet Huiling, Pricillia, Jiewei and XiaoKai for Pizza Hut. After that, watched Megamind. Was a little tired and fell asleep for a while. After the movie, walked around City Link and the rest went off. Waited for my Secondary School clique to arrive. While waiting, went over to find Jessica, Aaron and Lloyd who were at Marina Square as well. Went to Suntec's Sizzler which was quite expensive but worth the price. On our way to the MRT station, saw Yuling and Hong Ming. Went over to play LAN at the Cathay for two hours. After which, we went over to the Rochor Tao Huay and on the way there, saw Wei Liang and Serene. At the Tao Huay place, saw Jessica, Aaron and Lloyd again. Joined them after my Secondary School clique left. We walked to *scape to slack around before going back home.

Started work from Tuesday.

First day wasn't as bad as I thought. Managed to clinch 1 sales.

Second day, had 4 sales. Hit target and got the 5.5% commission. Starting to like my job more.

Tuesday

Shisha session with the Unity clique.

My first trip to there. The environment was nice to have chat with friends. The finger food was quite okay. Only took a few puffs of it as I do not want to be addicted to it.

Thursday

Supposedly to go back Unity for JYOF. But VP chased us out. Then me and You Yang went to Bukit Timah to play pool. Maybe it was a blessing in disguise. Managed to get two job offers. Went down to Yuhua Sec to find my wushu students. Had some chat with them. Made my way to Orchard afterwards to do some shopping. Spent $160 at Uniqlo =.=

Friday

Went for job interview. Hopefully I can get the job. Head down to RP for training at night.

Saturday

Watched Aftershock with Jessica, Vicki and Seth at Plaza Singapura. The movie was quite touching but some abrupt cuts in the scenes. Went to play the UFO catchers awhile before making my way to Novena to celebrate Coach Xinru's birthday. For the first time, we had more than 15 people present. Managed to catch up with a few friends that we haven't seen for two years. Had dinner at NYDC. Following that, some of us went down to Red Dot Brewhouse to chill out. A lot random topics came out and we had quite some laugh. Really a nice play to chill out. Reached home at 2.30am.

Helped out for a National Day Dinner at Hong Lim Park. A lot of volunteers were present. Can see the smiles on some of the elderly's face. The last time I did community work was back in secondary school.

Celebrated Syafiq's birthday at Seoul Garden. Caught up with the rest: Xianfeng, Wei Cheng, Hui Koon, Ashilah, Benedict, Aik Hao and Timothy. Been like a year plus since I last met the others.

Hope you enjoyed the celebration yesterday even though there was nothing much done.

Met the usual Chingay clique at City Hall MRT station. Went over to Marina Square for lunch. After which, we head down to play pool. In between, went to get a cake at Suntec with Vicki. We walked one big round to get back to Marina Square. After cutting the cake, we went over to Esplanade to camwhore. At 6.30pm, Chng Jie and Amol went off. The remaining of us went to watch Street Dance. It is one of the best dance movie that I have ever seen.

Had a quick meetup with Jessica and Christina on Friday

Met Jessica at Orchard MRT. Drop by Wisma Atria to find Christina and her friend. Went to Mandarin Gallery to look around. First time there. Then they left and we continued to Peninsular Shopping Center to find some stuff. Sent her off after that and walked around Padang then to Esplanade to the Floating Platform there. Watched a bit of the YOG rehearsal. The only thing I could find nice about the YOG performance is the energy of the youths there. Slacked at Marina Square. Met Guo Hong at City Hall MRT and happened to join up with Tze Yuan, Valerie, Hong Ming and Kwan Ter. Had supper at Mos Burger and chatted a while. Went home after that.

Went to Timbre @ Substation with Kelvin, Eileen and Liying. Ordered two pizza (Hawaiian + Garlic Shrimp & Four Cheese + Buffalo Chicken) and two jugs of alcohol (Orange Vodka and Whisky Chivas). Sat around and chatted until 12am before we left.

9 July

Met Lishan and Edward at Kallang Leisure Park. Went to ice-skate. The last time we went was like 3 months back? Less people despite it being a Friday. Could skate more freely. A lot of classic falls by other people. Went off at around 6.30pm. Had our dinner and then walked around before we went off.

10 July

Performance at Marina Barrage with the usual group of people. After that, walked around City Hall while waiting for time to pass. Went past Padang and realise there are some spots where you can see the parade. Reached Clarke Quay and met up with the ABA group. Had dinner at Saizeriya. After which, went down to AMK for another performance. Joined the group again back at Clarke Quay TCC and chat until 12am.

3 July

Went to Suntec Convention Center to find Kenneth who was having yo-yo competition there. Couldn't stay on throughout. Went back to City Hall MRT to find Vicki, Christina and her boyfriend, Jonathan, Jessica and Chng Jie. Saw Claudia who was watching the preview as well. Got the tickets from Jade and we went to get some food to eat. Made our way to the parade ground at Padang. We were at the green sector. Happen to find out that another Chingay friend, Evelyn, was there as one of the motivators. The parade this year was quite boring. The only thing I like was the combine schools choir and the costume of the performers. Finale was not very good as well. After the parade, went to Marina Square to eat with Vicki, Jessica and Chng Jie. Happened to see Aini from flashmob. Went off at around 10pm. Decided to find Evelyn and her friends back at Marina Square. Catch up with her a bit. Played cards and truth or dare. Went off near 12am.

Went to school for IS. Watched a video: Earthling during Ethical Dilemma. It was a documentary about the treatment of animals by humans. After that, went to Dialogue in the Dark for WISP lesson. The tour was indeed very enriching. Our tour guide was Kelvin, the visually impaired singer. Walking around in the dark with just relying on your other senses and the walking stick was hard. But it gave us an experience of how it is like to be visually impaired. It made me feel like going for another similar tour.

After lesson, went to Marina Square to walk around with Yuen Chung and Claudia.

Met Benny at Tanah Merah Interchange after that. Waited for Veron and her boyfriend and we took a ride from Yihang's father to the chalet. Once there, we were one of the first few, Jeremy, Chloe and another girl were already there. We helped ourselves to the food first, then we went over to play bowling. After the game, we went back to the chalet and many others were already there, including some of the Chingay people. Sat around, watched the World Cup between Netherlands and Brazil. In the end Netherlands surprised all by winning 2-1. Went off at around 12am.

25th June

Met the Unity clique at Manhattan Fish Market at Marina Square to celebrate Xian Feng's birthday. Went around to look for presents first. Then we settled down there waiting for the birthday boy along with his poly friends to arrive. Once everyone arrived, we ordered our food. Not too bad. After that, we went to have ice-cream at Andersen's. Slacked at the open area between Marina Square and Milennia Walk. Then head over to McDonald's to cut the cake. Some went over to Carl's Jr to eat and we went over to join in. Left at around 11pm.

26th June
Went down to Bishan and met Wen Di, Xing Yan and Xin Hui. After that we made our way to Bishan Active Park along with Fadhil and another SP student. Got ourselves changed out and prepared ourselves for the performance along with a few others from Hua Yi Xuan. Sadly, our performance item was canceled due to unknown reason. Sat around and waited for the mass taiji to end. Joined the SP people back to Bishan MRT before making my way to Eunos.

15 June

Met Jessica, Christina, Justin and Jing Wei to watch Karate Kid at Plaza Singapura. Not too bad, wish there was more fighting scenes. Haha. After the movie, had dinner at the food court. Made our way to Danz People at POMO. Joined the L.A Hip Hop Class by Ash Ali who would be going away for a few months for training at LA. The choreography was nice but couldn't catch up. After the class, we quickly made our way to Orchard Central Recognize Studio for the Reggae class which only Jessica want to attend. Watch the practice and after that, sent her, Li Ling and another girl off before me and Christina had supper at Burger King.

20th June

Went for my cousin's wedding at Mount Faber SAFRA. The food was not too bad. But the abalone dish did not contain real abalone but abalone mushroom =.= Dessert was also not very appealing. Reached home at 10.30pm.

Thursday

Met Christina at Suntec City for lunch at Food Republic. After that, we walked around the IT fair, looking at the things being sold, and also finding her brother and his girlfriend. Shortly after, Christina's boyfriend and his friend joined in. We continued walking around for a while more before I left to go back to school

Friday

Had PPM lesson in school. By the time I got to the class, it has already ended =.= After that, stayed on a while more before making my way down to Vivocity. Met Jessica and went up to find Amol and Seth for lunch at Food Republic. Made our way down to Sentosa after lunch. Upon reaching Sentosa, the rest of them continued while I went back to Vivocity to fetch Lishan. Bought some snacks before going over. Played Volleyball until 6pm+ before we left.

Saturday

Went to Hougang Central Hub for performance. Went quite okay, except most of us got some injury.

5th June

Went to Marina Square to meet my cousins. Celebrated Li Heng's birthday. Went to play bowling first. For the first game, I was the top. But the second game, my standard totally drop. Got less than half of the points I got for the first game. After that, we went over to Yuki Yaki to have our dinner. Ate a lot there. Had the Ice-cream buffet after that followed by cutting of birthday cake. Went back home after that.

8th June

Met Christina, Jessica and Li Ling at Cineleisure KFC for our dinner. Watched some videos while eating. Once done, we went up to the K-Pool to play for a while before the start of the dance class. Walked over to Orchard Central to the Recognize Studio. Had Waacking lesson by Nicole Claire. Quite interesting, a lot of hand and leg co-ordinations to do. After the lesson, when we about to leave, some of the instructors suggested us to stay on for the Reggae. Wasn't really my type of dance but stayed on to see the rest of them dance. After that, had dinner at Xin Wang HK Cafe with Christina. On the way out, saw Christina's dance crew.

1st June
Met Jessica, James and Chng Jie at Marina Square. They were there doing studying before I arrived and had dinner. Then we went to play pool before we went off.

3rd June
Met Jessica and Li Ling at Marina Square. Sat at the staircase there near Seoul Garden and we chat from 6pm-7.3pm. Had quite a few laughs. After that we walked around until Raffles City Shopping Center before we went home.

4th June
Had Ethical Dilemma presentation in the morning. Then WISP was boring again... After that, went back to the Dot to find Leonard, Lesley, Claudia, Y.C and Paul. We went over to Wheelock Place where Leonard and Y.C wanted to change their battery. After that, we went over to Shaw to eat at Pepper Lunch. Walked to Far East Plaza to look at some clothes and also to help Leonard find a present. Also went to Ion Orchard to look around. Eventually we found the present. Walked to Ngee Ann City and sat outside there to chat. Near 11pm, we left the place.

Update a quick bit

Had performance on Saturday at AMK Central Stage. It was a performance for some family day. Performing alongside were: Xing Yan, Wen Di, Rayvern, Zhang Qian, KJ and Sherilyn. Stage was pretty big, only problem was that the floor was a little slippery, fell down once =.=. Overall, the performance was welly put up. After the performance, we had a catch up session + dinner at the food court in AMK hub.

Been too busy with stuff.

Friday 21st May + Saturday 22nd May

Was out of my house to Jessica's house at night. Waited for Vicki to arrive and chatted a while with them. Went down to the airport to meet Lloyd. We had some drinks at the Coffee Club and use our laptop there. Went to the basement 1 to use the power supply and watch movies. Also did some dance. Only slept a while before we went for breakfast at Ya Kun with Jessica and Vicki.

Shortly after, we went to the holding area to get ready. Took quite a few photos. Performance commence at around 11.30am. Everything work out well, the performance was smooth. Went back to basement 1 to get our pay and food. Took quite a lot photos there, with Jin Wen and Melvin, with many of the previous Chingay people.

The group of us head down with Christina to support her dance crew in the competition. Saw quite a few groups that were good. After that, we head down to Marina Square for dinner and played pool. After the game, we went to Christina's workplace until 10pm before we left.

Long day out on Saturday

Early morning went to Changi Aiport T3 for full-dress rehearsal. After that, went over to Tampines Central to have Swensens for lunch with Christina, Vicki, Jessica, Lloyd, Li Ling and Seth. After that, we sent Christina and Lloyd off, then we went to ECP to play pool. Walked around at Parkway Parade before I went to meet my Wushu friends for the performance. Once there, we waited for our turn and played around. Overall we managed to put up a good performance except for the ending. Went to eat dinner with my Wushu friends first. After that, head back to the performing place to meet Jessica to go down to Rachel's birthday BBQ at Pasir Ris. Sat around, getting to know some of the people there, played poker card. Left at about 2am+.

Haven't been updating. Recent events were quite boring. Ever since school started, it is mainly discussion on the FYP, finalizing concept... blah blah.

Borrowed Canon 400D from school on Friday. Took photos over at City Hall area. It has kind of been a routine for me to walk from City Hall to Clarke Quay. Didn't really have much photos taken as my photography skills isn't very good. Shall upload them later.

Monday

Celebrated Christina's birthday at Cineleisure KBox. Was there at 9.40+pm as I had coaching until 9.30pm. Joined them for a short while more to sing. Didn't have much voice to sing. After that, we went over to the Alley Bar (can't remember the name) to have a drink. Being a first-time at such place, I ordered from the recommendation of Kelvin a cup of Macallan 12 years. Wasn't very bad as they added a lot of ice. Easier for me to finish. Sat around listening to Kelvin and Ben talking about wine. Went off at 12am+.

MMA Movie Outing

Attendees: Yuen Chung, Hong Ching, Leonard, Lesley, Timothy, Shawn, Shayne, Louis, Kok Leong, Beng Boon, Rayner, Woan Shin, Jasmine, Qing Ping, Elyas

Went out with a bunch of MMA people after IS lesson. Met in front of the NP bus stop and we managed to squeeze into the bus to bring us to Marina Square. Went to buy tickets for Iron Man 2 at 6.10pm. Went to have our early dinner first at Long John Silver. Walked around a bit, then we went into the cinema. After 15 minutes of advertisements, the show finally started. Not a bad show, storyline average, visual effects quite nice. After the movie, we walked to the newly opened Helix Bridge. Walked around and bought ice-cream. Upon reaching the Marina Bays Sand, we eventually went our separate ways. Me, Leonard, Y.C, Lesley, Timothy and Woan Shin walked to Fullerton to relax. Went to the Lighthouse and chatted. At 11pm, we left and walked to Clarke Quay where we took our respective buses home.

Monday (12/4)
Met Gordon and Seth at Vivocity. Had some drinks at Max Brenner Chocolate Bar. After which, ate at Pastamania. Then made my way down to Clementi for coaching.

Tuesday (13/4)
Took MRT to AMK and then took 138 to Mandai. Couldn't continue with my plan as it was raining. Went back to AMK and took train down to Harbourfront to meet Seth and Christina for dinner. After which drop by her workplace again before we left.

Wednesday (14/4)
Explored Singapore. Took MRT to Toa Payoh and walked around TPY Central. Then train-ed down to Orchard Road and walk to Wheelock Place to collect my battery for my laptop. Walked around Ion Orchard. Then walked down to 313 @ Somerset via Wisma Atria and Ngee Ann City. Went to Uniqlo to buy some clothes. After that made my way down to Dhoby Ghaut and bought bubble tea. Continued on foot to Suntec City and walked to Marina Square from there. Made my way to Peninsula Plaza and then walked to Clarke Quay. Last stop of the day was Max Brenner Chocolate Bar again. Took train down and walked around Vivocity looking at books at Page One before getting something to drink at the Chocolate Bar.

Thursday
Head down to school first to help with the preparation for CCA Fiesta. Met Christina and Seth at Cineleisure to have dinner. Head to K-Pool to play and James joined us shortly after. Went home at 10pm+.

Friday
Explored Singapore again. Took bus to Orchard and went to walk around Far East Plaza. Walked the whole of FEP. Then walked down to The Heeren and look around the shops. Next stop was Dhoby Ghaut to get bubble tea again. Detoured to Bugis and went to Iluma to walk around and went around Bugis Street. Stayed around Bugis area as it was drizzling. Once it was over, walked to Peninsula Plaza and search around the shops. Sat down at Funan KFC for dinner. Couldn't continue with my plan of walking to Harbourfront from there as it was raining heavily. Seth, Gordon and Nelson joined in and then we walked to Clarke Quay before taking the train down. Visited Christina again. 4th time this week =.= After that, we took the train down to Dhoby Ghaut to play LAN until 2am and went home.

Went to Marina Square to study with Jessica and James. Did nothing much that day.

Tuesday

Met Seth and Christina for dinner at Causeway Point. Went to eat Ajisen. After a while, James came to join us for a short while, followed by Christina's younger brother and his girlfriend. Went to walk around a bit before we sent James back to MRT station and Jonathan's girlfriend to the interchange. We then went back to Causeway Point to play arcade. After the game, we went over to Christina's house to see her dog and webcam with Amol. We went down to the nearby hawker center to eat some light supper before going home.

Wednesday

Met Amol, Vicki, Seth and Veron at Vivocity Ben & Jerrys. Camwhored at the roof for a while before we went to patronize Christina's shop again. Tried some other stuff. Went off at about 5 plus.

Friday

Met the usual Chingay clique at Marina Square. Went to play bowling and at the same time had a early celebration for Chng Jie's birthday. After the celebration, Vicki went off first while the rest of us went to camwhore. Close to 8pm, we went back to the MRT station and Gordon, Seth and me took the train to Tampines where Seth and Benny were going to collect their pay for a job. We went to Sakae Sushi at Marina Square after that for the Supper Buffet. Ate until 12am before we left to play arcade for a while. Walked to Clarke Quay after that to take the Night Rider home.

Saturday

Went down to Causeway Point followed by Yishun to meet Jessica and her two friends, Dona and Adrian. Was about to take MRT until one of them realize that her card was still at the Safra there. Went over to find Vicki at AMK station and we trained down to Bugis to meet Seth. Had lunch at Bugis Junction before we depart to Changi Airport for some event. Event ended early and we met up with Karen and Wan Ling who joined us to Vivocity to visit Christina again. Managed to catch up with her there as she was about to leave. Went to camwhore a while at the roof before we went back.

Sunday

Head down to Vivocity to pass Kaylyn back her shirt. Then made my way to Singapore Recreation Club at City Hall to meet up with the Unity Clique. Played pool and bowling there. After which, went to Dhoby Ghaut to meet up with the Uniquez people who were celebrating Choon Tat's birthday as well. Walked to the Fish & Co. The ambient and food was not bad. They also had birthday special and discount. Sat around, chit chat before we went back.

Tuesday (30/3)

Last dance class at *Scape.

Met Jessica and Liling at Somerset MRT station. Waited for Christina and friends and made our way to Cineleisure to find Seth and had our dinner at the food court. After that, we head up to K-Pool to play. Then we went over to the dance class at 8pm. Last dance session, more people than usual. Learn a few steps for the song Wanna be Yours by Lil Eddie. Could catch up with the first half. Overall an enriching experience. Had supper at Burger King before we went home.

Thursday (1/4)

Met up with Seth to go down to Vivo City to visit Christina at her new workplace. It was her first day at work there. Walked around and saw a filming going on there for a Channel 8 drama. After that, went to the shop Christina was at. Apparently, the shop was being used for filming as well. Sat in there, ordered some drinks and watched the filming going on. After that, walked around Vivo City a bit before going home.

Packed my bag and made my way down to school for camp.

Friday (2/4)

Woke up in the morning, had a bit of morning exercise, scraped my knee against the synthetic grass at the Kismis field. Couldn't continue with normal training. After that, went to meet Jasper, Guo Hong, Hui Xin and Danielle at Bugis. Had lunch at Mos Burger. Then we walked around Iluma and played the arcade there a while. After which, we walked over to the cinema at Bugis Junction to watch the movie Clash of the Titans in 3D. Overall the visual effects was not bad. Then we walked to City Link and had our dinner at Xin Wang Taiwan Cafe. Ordered some food to share. Then we walked to Marina Square to find Jin Jie and his friends at the pool there. They were still playing on so we decided to walk to the Merlion there and took a few photos along the way. Walked back to Marina Square to bring Hui Xin to find her brother again before we went off. Went back to school.

Saturday

Woke up early again. This time, played some bonding games. Then during lunch, I went off to meet up with the Unity clique. Been a very long time since I joined them. Ate at the Domino's Pizza. Not too bad. Had dessert at Udders. After the dessert, we decided to go play LAN for two hours plus. After the game, we went for dinner at Bukit Timah Market. After the dinner, the rest went back and coincidentally met Ah Yang and Zhao Wei who were going out for dinner. Joined them for a while and we made our way back. Slept late.

Sunday

Everyone else woke up early to get ready for the Taiji Mass Demonstration. The only ones left behind at the loft were me, Catherine and Wayne. Cleaned up a bit before we went down. Was stuck in school as it was raining quite heavily. Settled for breakfast at McDonald's after putting some things at the clubhouse. Went home immediately after that to change out.

Went to my father's factory first. Apparently he changed location again and I walked about 20mins to the new office =.= Then we made our way to the Choa Chu Kang Columbarium for Qing Ming.

After the whole thing, my father drove me to Harbourfront to meet up with Jessica, Seth and James at the Marina @ Keppel Bay. Jessica was there to study while the other two help to coach her. Camwhored along the way back. Went to find Christina for dinner at the Kopitiam during her dinner break. Then we went to patronize her workplace again. Sat and chat a while. After which, we went home.

CHINGAY APPRECIATION NIGHT!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Had a very long day. Woke up early to go coach at PHPPS. Been a very long time since I went back there. A few of my previous students were in the class that I was helping to take over. After that, went back home to change out and head down to Bugis to get the things needed for the performance at night.

Met our performing group behind D'Marquee. Went through our performance. Prepared ourselves for the dinner. Fetched Jessica, Chng Jie and Kelly over. After which, the dinner started and we all sat down to enjoy the performance. First performance was by Jin Wen and Melvin. Second up was us. Then following up was a song by one of the Chingay participant and then Jeremy's routine. Last up was a dance by Christina and friends. Took quite some photos with the usual group of people, as it may be our last photos together.

Went over to City Hall to slack awhile with Amol, Jessica, Benny and Seth. Then Amol left for clubbing while Jessica had to go home, leaving the 3 of us having nothing to do. Sat around until about 3.30am before we went home.

Quite busy for the past few days.

Friday (19/03)

Met up with Jessica to study at Esplanade library. Managed to help her through the first 2 chapters of Maths. After which, head down to the open area at Esplanade where people were practicing their dancing. Joined in the training with the circus group. Had dinner at Just Noodle.

Satuday (20/03)

Went down to find Seth and Benny who were working at West Mall for some basketball event. Sat down and waited with them for the time to pass. After which, accompanied Jessica to her cousin's house before we went home.

Sunday (21/03)

Coaching from 3pm to 6pm. Was quite okay today. After the training, head down to NP to prepare for Sports Camp performance. Overall the performance turned out okay, with a few mistakes here and there. Had KFC delivery after the performance.

Tuesday (23/03)

Had rehearsal for the appreciation dinner performance. Wasn't quite productive. Till now, we haven't had a full run for the performance. Went back to school to meet up with my FYP group to meet our mentor as he was going to brief us on what we are going to do. After which, head down to Somerset to meet Jessica and Li Ling. Walked around 313 and had dinner there first. Then we went down to the Scape Youth Center. After their dance practice, me, Seth, Jin Wen, Wan Ling and Karen went to the Spize to have supper.

Wednesday

Circus training again. Focused more on the skills. Still no progression yet on the full run. Went down to Clementi first to have dinner and brought Kaylyn to Clementi CC. After which, made my way to Gek Poh Ville CC to coach.

Met Jessica at Dhoby Ghaut to buy the bag that we saw the other time. After that, Seth joined us and we had dinner at Food Court before we walked around. Went to play arcade and spent over $60 in total on the sweet machine and only got sweets worth less than that =X Once in a while is okay. Haha. Then we made our way to the Scape Youth Center and waited until the class ended. Had supper at Botak Jones with Jing Wen and two other from the dance class.

Been quite busy with training the past few days.

Wednesday

Went down to Kaylyn's house to practice poi and supposedly learn some dance. But in the end, most of the time was spent playing around. Went down to Gek Poh at night to teach.

Thursday

Made my way to Sentosa to get the diabolo from Jessica. Then took train to Tampines to get diabolo from Wei Siang house. Walked to the P.O.D to find Seth, Felicia, Kenneth and Andy. After that, we had our dinner at Tampines Mart before we left. Head down to Sino for preparations for YOG audition.

Friday
Went down to Jurong Point first to find Kelvin to get the clubhouse key from him. Took my straight sword and a fan from clubhouse. Went down to Tampines again to take the handstick for the diabolo from Wei Siang house. Then went to find the same group of people to practice poi and diabolo again. Had training at night at Sino again.

Saturday
Woke up early in the morning to go to school for preparation for the performance. After which, we cabbed down to the YOG headquarters. The place was pretty small and the audition was held in a music room of sort. It went quite ok. Head back to school and had lunch at King Albert Park.
After which, I head back home to change out and made my way to Sentosa. Met Jessica, Edward and Seth. Head down to the Emerald Pavilion to practice our things for the performance next day. Then they had BBQ at night. Played at the beach for a while after that before we head back up again. Continued with the BBQ to finish up the remaining food and played Mahjong throughout the night with Jessica's brother and friends.

Sunday
Slept only 10 mins plus in the early morning. After which, me and Seth joined Jessica's family for breakfast at Sims Drive after they checked out of the chalet. Then waited for them to get ready we head down to the old folk's home for the performance. Didn't really go well. After the performance, I had to leave first to go down to CCK stadium to teach.

Tuesday

Met Jessica and Seth at Dhoby Ghaut MRT station. Went over to KFC to eat and help Jessica with her studies. After that, we walked around Dhoby Ghaut looking at bags and wallets. Went to buy a guitar pick and we then made our way to Somerset to walk around. At 7.30pm, we went over to the Scape Youth Center where Jessica was going for dance training. Me and Seth went to practice our circus thing at the open area nearby. After the practice, had supper with Jing Wen at SuperDog.

Monday

Went for coaching at Clementi CC. After the coaching, Kelvin drove over along with Jen Kiat and Darren. We then made our way down to Bishan to get Alistair who is driving as well and fetched Xin Kai. After which, we went all the way to Yishun and wanted to surprise Issac which ended in a failure. Alton joined in and then we drove down to Telok Blangah to get Tze Yuan. Went to some place which I forgot the name for supper. The food was not bad. They offered a variety range from Western to Indian to Chinese food.

After which, we went to Henderson Wave to celebrate Issac's birthday. Found a place to sit and chill. Left at 3am+.

Freaking l0ng day.

Woke up at 6am. Showered and quickly rushed out to take bus. Tried taking 67 all the way to Tampines and change to train to Pasir Ris. Along the way, decided to meet Jessica at Eunos first since it would go past there first and I would be too early if I took all the way. Upon reaching Pasir Ris, we went over to the White Sands McDonalds there to sit and waited for Chng Jie, Seth and Gordon. Had breakfast. Then we made our way to the bus interchange to take bus to Pasir Ris Park. Happened to see Cher Ling and Myron there. Took the bus and reach the park. Upon reaching, we played around with the diabolo and poi while waiting. Treasure hunt started at 10am. Our station card was quite bad, we had to walk from one end to another for the first 4 stations and it practically wasted an hour of our time, leaving us not enough time for other stations. After the whole thing ended, we made our way back to White Sands to have lunch at Superdog. First time trying there. Not too bad. Had to leave them halfway as I had to rush for coaching from 3-6pm.

ICE-SKATING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Finally a new change of activity.

Met Jessica, Seth, Chng Jie and Evelle at Kallang MRT station. Was a little late. Made our way down to Kallang Leisure Park. Had our lunch first at the Koufu. After that, we check the timing of resurfacing the ice and decided to go play arcade for a while until the resurfacing is over. Played basketball. Can't believe I lost to Jessica =.= Then we played Daytona. And last game was the Photohunt and we completed it. About 4.15pm, we went into the ice-skating rink. It was smaller than the Jurong East one. Plus the skates wasn't as good. Still, had a good time there, running around, helping Chng Jie learn to skate, taking photos. Left at 6.30pm. Walked over to the nearest bus stop and board bus 16. Chng Jie, Seth and Jessica alighted at Suntec while me and Evelle took to Dhoby Ghaut and changed to MRT. Went to Bishan to meet Ren Mao, Jabez and his girlfriend to watch Being Human. The movie already started for about half an hour. The movie had quite a twist in it. Not too bad, does show about how some Singaporeans has no conscience of their actions. After the movie, had dinner at Mos Burger. Sat down and chat. Left first as I had to wake up early the next day.

Wednesday

Met Edward and Jessica at City Hall interchange. Made our way down to East Coast Park. Went to cycle to the place which brings back some memories for us. Sat around, took a lot of pictures. After that we went back to return the bicycles as I had to go off for coaching. Cabbed all the way to Gek Poh Ville CC.

Thursday

Went over to Jessica's house with Seth to practice diabolo. We practiced for like 3-4 hours. I managed to get the hang of diabolo now. Just need to practice more. Stayed on for a while more as Wei Siang was coming over to pass us the poi and also seeing him one last time before he goes into NS.

Friday

Went down to RP for training after more than a month hiatus. After training, met with Jessica at Marsiling MRT station and we made our way down to Boon Lay to meet Edward and Gordon. Had our lunch together and decide to make our way down to Tampines. Halfway, we decided that Gordon and Edward go Jessica's house while I continued my way down to Tampines. Met up with the rest of the circus people and Seth. Practiced a bit. Had a glimpse of the 'hot babe' (inside joke). Police and SCDF came down as someone complained us...... Not because we were noisy but because they saw fire =.= Wasn't very bad actually. They were quite friendly when they approach us. Went home after that.

A surprise birthday for Hwee Leng.

Met Chee How and Leying at Jurong Point. We went to get a card and a present for Hwee Leng first. Adalia joined us shortly after. After that, we went down to the Icing Room to get the cake. Took a bus to Hwee Leng's house. We stopped at the playground there to finish up writing on the card. Then we made our way up to her house and surprise her. Everything turned out quite awkwardly as we didn't do much planning. Left her house shortly after cutting the cake.

Walked around JP before we took a bus to Leying's house. Tried to help her with her maths question but wasn't of much help. Went back home after that.

Saturday

Steamboat at Jeremy's house + Kaifeng's birthday

Met Jessica at Aljunied first and made our way down to Tampines. Upon reaching, saw a few of the Chingay participants (Kaylyn, Zhen Wei, Wei Siang and a few others I forgot the name) who were heading to another friend's house first. Jeremy was already there waiting for us. Apparently some others were going to be late so we walked around Tampines Mall first. Gordon, Seth, Jing Hui, Dylan and Amanda reached shortly after. We slacked around a while, playing arcade and taking photos. Then we made our way to the bus interchange and met up with the rest. Took a bus to Jeremy's house. His dog was quite fat. Well, we sat around first, chatting and playing with the dog. Then one group of us ate first while the other group played cards and PS3. Switched over after that.

After the steamboat, some went over to another friend's house again while the rest of us went back to Tampines. Took a lot of photos again at Tampines Mall. Met up with Jeremy and a few of the committee members from PAYM who were involved in the Chingay @ Heartlands. Made our way to find the PAYM float and coincidentally bump into Xinyi and her boyfriend for the third time. Took a lot of photos along the way.

Head back to Tampines MRT station as I had to make my way down to Pasir Ris to attend Kaifeng's birthday at Downtown East. Met up with the NP Wushu people who happened to be leaving the shopping center. Walked our way to the chalet. There was quite a lot of food there.

Head back down to Eunos to find Jessica, Wei Siang and another friend. Sat around chatting, went to the fitness corner and played some games. Saw the Chingay floats going by. That was the last we saw of the float. Left at 11.40pm.

Gyming session.

Went to gym with Guo Hong and Ronnie at Hougang Stadium. It is like more than 2 months since I went to gym. Need to continue with exercise somehow while recovering my ankle. Haven't been training for nearly 2 months as well, partially due to Chingay trainings and some personal reasons.

But everything is going to waste as tomorrow I will be having steamboat in the afternoon and birthday celebration at Pasir Ris =x

Circus acts is fun.

Went to Bukit Batok Driving Center to apply for Basic Theory Test. Test date is on 7th April. Head down to Yuhua Sec to see their rehearsal for coming Saturday's performance. Went down to Orchard with Seth after that to go walk around first. Happened to see some of my MMA friends there. Had dinner at the Food Opera at ION Orchard. $5 for a plate of Wanton Noodle =.= Jessica and Gordon joined us shortly after. Made our way down to Tampines to find Jeremy. He brought some of his circus toys for us to practice with. The only trouble I have now is the Diabolo. Still can't balance it well. Stayed on until around 11pm before we left.

Shopping time =D

Met Guo Hong at City Hall MRT station. We walked our way to Funan first. Tried to find LG accessory shop there but to no avail. Walked over to Bugis and had lunch at KFC. Did some shopping at Bugis Street for clothes. Ended up with 3 tops and 2 bottoms and a belt. Spent near $100. After that, we walked over to Sim Lim Square to try find the shop selling LG phone accessories. Managed to find the USB cable and battery. Went over to play LAN back at Illuma as we still had quite some time. Made our way down to Jurong Point after that for dinner and also Guo Hong had some business to do there. Head for Gek Poh shortly after to coach.

A long tiring 3 days

Thursday
The night before, had DotA marathon with Kang Wei, Leonard, Wen Hau and Edmund. Played about 4-5 matches. Slept at 5am.

Went to meet Amol, Christina, Vicki and Myron at 313 Somerset. Had our dinner at Food Republic. After that, we went over to Ben & Jerry's at Orchard Central. Forgot what we ordered. Made our way down to F1 Pit for the Technical Run. All performers were there. Wasn't a very bad run. Some changes made. End of the day, went for supper with Christina, Q, Gordon, Seth and another 2 participants at Makan Sutra. Left at around 1.30am. Slept at 4am.

Friday
Met with the usual group of people at McDonald for breakfast. Made our way down to Anderson and waited for the rest to arrive. Changed out, put on make-up, had our lunch. Left the place at 5.30pm. Once there, we went to our waiting area and had our dinner. Went over to find the Wufang people. Had our own practice before the actual thing starts. Parade started 8pm+ and we wait on for our turn to enter. Once it was our turn, we got ourselves prepared. The music was played. We ran into our position. Did our dance, ladder stunts. It all went well during the first run. Second run we were a bit slow. Overall the performance put up was great. Head back to Anderson to change out of our costume. Once done, everyone left the school. Me, Seth and Kelvin went to Tan Tock Seng Hospital to see Benny who had a high fever. Had some snacks while waiting. After fetching Benny out, went over to Vicki's house where Jessica and Gordon were already there. Washed up before we got some sleep at 3am.

Saturday
Woke up at 6am but dillydally till about 7.30am before we all got ourselves ready to eat breakfast at McDonald again. Reached there at 9.30am. A lot of people reached at like 12pm+, as everyone was very tired from the preview performance. Changed out, put on the costume, did make up. Once everyone was done we proceeded on to take the bus.to F1 pit. Like usual, we got our dinner once seated down. Waited for our turn to perform. The first run was pretty good, even with the same problem that we had, we managed to pull through the performance. Second run was okay also. We managed to get in on time. After our performance at the second run, we quickly made our way to clear out. Sadly, we had a number of casualties. One of them fainted, one of them was dehydrated, two over-strained their hand, one had her head knocked by the ladder, one had her hands ran over by the boom lift.

After the whole thing, we made our way back to school and changed out. Cleared up the hall before we proceeded on to get ready for City Alive!. Took the bus to F1 Pit and tried to bring in Jessica but she was underage so couldn't get in. So some of us took turns to go in and some waited outside with her. While waiting, we went over to our float to take photos. Wanted to find some place to eat but almost everywhere was closed. So we made our way back to the F1 Pit as some of the other Chingay people came out so we split ourselves to take cab home.

Friday

Met up with Chng Jie and Jessica outside their school. Slacked at TPY library a while before we made our way to Somerset to meet Amol. We walked over to Cineleisure, hoping to get tickets to watch movie, but the slot that we wanted was sold out. In the end, we decided to walk around to Lido. Had LJS and slacked a while. Seth joined us shortly after he ended his medical checkup. Walk to Centrepoint to find Christina at Bata. She was quite busy, seeing that she didnt notice we were standing outside for about 5 minutes. Sent Jessica to the MRT station and went back to Bata. Waited for Christina to end work and we walked to 313 @ Somerset. Went to Uniqlo and bought a shirt and bermudas.

Saturday

Went over to Jessica's house with Seth first. Wanted to give a surprise visit but she didn't let us in at first =.= When Gordon arrived, we somehow managed to be let in the house. Jessica was still a little restless. Left at 6.45pm to make my way to my grandma's house for steamboat. Received 3 angbao so far.

So many things has happened.

Sunday
Went over to Jessica's house and we (Jessica, Seth, Gordon and me) cooked macaroni for her parents and us. More of the cooking was done by Gordon as he learned cooking in ITE. Overall, the result was not too bad. We stayed on to chat and watch TV until about 11pm and we went downstairs to wait for the bus and at the same time, we drank the wine that we initially wanted to use for cooking. Gordon finished half of the bottle before he passed on to us. He was nearly dead drunk so he and Seth went up and stayed over at Jessica's house while I took a cab home. Reached home in 18 mins. O.o

Tuesday
Went to school as per normal to do some IA work. Around 3pm, met Seth and we made our way down to Eunos and waited for Gordon. We went to Jessica's house again to visit her as she seemed very sick. Had a hard time getting her to take her medicine. It had been more than 2 hours and she still haven't finish taking her medicine. Had to leave at 6pm to make my way back to school. Waited for the bus but it didn't seem to appear. Decide to cab down. In the end, the journey back to school was a freaking one hour long. And the cab fare was like $30++, thanks to the long jam on the expressway and peak hour charge. =.= Did some discussion on the performance and went to McDonald's for dinner.

Wednesday
Did the same as previous day. Made my way down to Clementi to meet Seth first and went down to City Hall to meet the others. Had dinner only and we made our way down to the F1 pit. Not much, just rehearsing with the Resorts World, SOKA and the professional stuntmen. We were released around 11pm.

Thursday
VIVA for the Integrated Assignment. Managed to finish a bit more before the presentation. Was criticised a bit on our website. After the presentation, we could finally heave a sigh of relief as the most stress period for Year 2 is finally over. Went down to clubhouse to find the NPWushu people.We had a performance down at Seletar Camp for some CNY event. Upon reaching, we realise the stage was a bit too challenging so we performed on the ground instead. Food was provided for us. Head down to PAHQ after that for Chingay. There were some changes again. Ended around 10.30pm.

Full Dress Rehearsal cum Media Preview.

Saturday was a very long day for us. Met the usual group of people at 8.30am at AMK McDonald for breakfast. Walked to Anderson Secondary at 9am for trainers have to be there early. Only a few of us had reached. We sat down and played cards while waiting. Took a few photos and at around 11am, we started to do changing of costumes and make-up. The ladder participants went to change first while the dancers had their lunch. Took a very long time for everyone to get ready. Once the ladder participants were done, we had our lunch while the dancers did their costume change. We were quite behind time, we were supposed to leave by 3pm but we sort of left about 20 minutes late.

Reached F1 Pit and we got to our waiting point. Waited for our turn as we were the last float. Went to find Jasper, Brian and Zhi Yong. The waiting time was very long, we took some photos and had our dinner. Soon we started moving in at around 7pm for first run. Quite messy. Had Ben & Jerry's while waiting for the second run. Everything ended at around 11.30pm, way after the scheduled 11pm. Reached back Anderson at 12.30am. Quickly settled the costumes and we left via the buses to our nearest MRT stations.

Saturday

A long tiring day at Chingay. Met the same group of people at 9am again. Trainers had to be there earlier so I only joined them to the McDonald and bought my breakfast before making my way down to the F1 Pit first. Today was the full dress rehearsal for us. Everyone had to wear the costume. It was quite messy as instructions were changed at the last minute and due to a light drizzle, things were even more messy. The day was ended with a KFC meal. Jessica fell sick and so she went off first while the remaining of us went to play pool until 10pm.

Tuesday

Another tiring Chingay practice. We had a combine rehearsal with other performers. Learn a few steps for the finale. Also, we had a few China kids who were going up the ladders to do stunts. Most of them were around the age of 10-12. Had a long briefing before we were released. Managed to catch the last train and bus home.

Monday

Grading for Clementi CC kids. I think most of them probably did quite okay. Only one of them cried when doing the routine. He usually didn't do properly and during the waiting process, he kept playing around and when it was his turn, he was totally frightened. Continued with some training and games before we let them off at the usual time.

Tuesday

Met Jessica, Chng Jie and Crystal at Marina Square and we went into the arcade where Seth and Gordon were already there. We decided to go play pool before going to training. Just when we about to leave, Christina reached and we went for dinner at the Food Court. Then we made our way down to the F1 pit. Training was with the Resorts World and Soka. Too much waiting time. Eventually we were released at 11pm. Got a ride from Christina's brother to Admiralty.

Celebrated Hui LIng and Hao Ran's birthday yesterday.

Met the group of NP Wushu and a few Sino people at Plaza Singapura Ajisen. There were like 20 of us there. The manager had a hard time taking our orders. Towards the end of the meal, we ate Hao Ran's birthday cake. After that, some left while the rest of us went over to the Hangout to play board games and consoles. There were too many of us so two group played console while another group played Twister and the rest of the group played Taboo and Pictionary. Played until 11pm and we all left for our individual transport home.

Back to post.

Met Jessica at Starbucks at Raffles City. Chng Jie, Li Shan, Crystal and Seth came late. Some of them wanted to study so we met up earlier. Near 11am, we made our way to Marina Square to eat our brunch at McDonald. Vicki and Amol joined us shortly after. We head over to Superbowl to have a game of bowling. Didn't get to play more than one game as we didn't have enough time. After the game, we walked down to the F1 Pit and changed out. Today's training was quite relaxed for the ladder people. We were mainly under the shade. End of the day, we had Ben & Jerry's ice cream.

After we were de-briefed, the same group of us head back to Marina Square, excluding Amol but including another guy, Gordon. Wanted to continue a game of bowling but it was full. Wanted to watch movie, but not a lot of movie time slot. Ended up playing pool. Played a few games only cause Li Shan had to go home. We walked her to the MRT station and the rest of us slacked at Raffles City. Found a place to sit down and chatted. Left at about 11pm.

Went for steamboat at Bugis with NP Wushu.

Reached Bugis at 6.30pm. Made my way to the steamboat below TopOne KTV. The food was still not bad. Fortunately, I didn't get stomachache like before. Kelvin drove a few of us back to the West side after the steamboat.

Welcome 2010!

Another year has past. This year's countdown was not much of a difference from previous years. Watch Alvin and the Chipmunks again with the Unity clique this time. After the movie, we played two hours of LAN. We had our meal at KFC before we decide on where to go next. Eventually, we took the train back to Yew Tee to go Kevin's house. Ton-ned at his house playing Poker Cards and chatting.

Had breakfast at Yew Tee Point before we went home.

6C BBQ

Yesterday, met up with my primary school classmates for BBQ. It has been about 2 years since we last gathered. Reached ECP around 5pm+. None of them reached yet so I head down to find my MMA friends who were having a BBQ as well, 5 pits away from ours. Then went to collect the food with Victor and Muxing and met up with Shi Hui, Silvia, Bing Han and Yong Jin. It was drizzling but fortunately some of them had umbrellas. Waited for the rain to stop before we started the fire. Slowly, a few others arrived and we started to cook the food. Had quite a lot of fun, chatting with them, catching up with what we have been doing. Time passed real fast and some people left early. The remaining of us stayed on until 11pm+ before we went to take cab home.

Monday
Met up with Jessica and Chng Jie at City Hall again. This time, we decide to go on a ride on the Singapore Flyer. But first stop was lunch which Jessica suggested going to Aston at the Cathay but it was very full. In the end we settled down at Xin Wang Cafe at Plaza Singapura. After the meal, we wanted to walk our way back to City Hall but it rained heavily and we took MRT instead. We made our way to the Flyer from Marina Square and bought the tickets. We got in along with a few other people. Took a few photos. After the 30-min ride, we went down the F1 Pit there to take photos. Boarded a shuttle bus to City MRT station and we went to find a log cake for Chng Jie. Sat down at Starbucks to chill for a while. We then made our way down to Lavender for Chingay.

Tuesday
Reached Pasir Ris at 3.30pm. Met up with Hong Kun and Joanne at the NTUC. Then Darren and Liting joined us shortly before we made our way to Pasir Ris Park where our pit was at. Upon reaching, we waited for the BBQ wholesale delivery and started to set up everything. It took us quite some time to start up the fire due to the strong winds. Eventually we got it started up. Slowly, more and more people arrived. We start BBQing the food at around 6pm. Zhao Wei was our photographer for the day. At around 9pm, we started clearing up and some went home. The rest of us went to the playground to play until 10.30pm and made our way back to the bus stop to wait for the bus. Manage to catch the last train.

Celebrated Yao De's birthday today.

Coincidentally met Chang Heng at Dhoby Ghaut MRT station and we made our way to Clarke Quay. Upon reaching, we walked all the way to Liang Court and went up to the Saizeriya where Yao De, Jin Hong and Coach Guo were already there. We sat down, waiting for the rest to turn up. Yan De soon arrive along with a few of Yao De's friends from SIM. It was initially a gathering for our clique but some were unable to turn up last minute and eventually his friends made up for the numbers and came along to celebrate Yao De's birthday as well. Then, Xian Ying arrived. We ordered our food. Quite appetizing and worth it. Jaryl joined us shortly and ate. We sat around and chat for quite sometime. Jaryl left first. Then we stayed on till around 8.30pm before we left. Some of us walked from Clarke Quay to City Hall to take the train.

Received a box of Ferero Roche from a student's parent and collected my pay for teaching at Gek Poh CC.

Thursday
Collected my pay for teaching at Clementi CC. Received a shirt and some biscuits from Vincent. Received some cookies from Yong Zhi. Had supper with the Wufang people (Ren Zoe, Daryl, Valerie, Ian, Ronnie, Vincent, Jun Ming and his girlfriend, Danielle, Julie, Yu Juan and Ying Zhi).

Friday
Met up with Jessica and Chng Jie at City Hall. Initially there were a few more others but in the end they all put aeroplane on us. We head over to Mos Burger for a light meal. Following that, we made our way down to Marina Square to watch Alvin and the Chipmunks 2. Coincidentally, saw Ying Qing, Ah Yong and Rayvern. They were going to watch Bodyguards and Assassin. Alvin and the Chipmunks was not bad, quite funny. After the movie, we wandered around deciding what we can do. Played the arcade for a while and then went over to the Bowling area. Played two games. First game I won, second game Jessica won. Sat down at KFC as someone kept saying she was hungry. Wanted to make our way to Marina Barrage but it was raining so we decided to go Suntec City and walked around. Our last stop of the day was at Esplanade. We listened to a group of choir singing. Their choir may be small, but their voice was definitely great. Made our way back to the MRT station after that as there was nothing left to do.

The holidays just started.

Have been enjoying quite a lot during the common test week. Watched Storm Warriors on Monday and Sakae Buffet on Thursday. No sleep for more than 40 hours from Friday to Saturday.

Friday
Went to school in the morning to meet up with my group to discuss about the integrated assignment. After that head down to Cineleisure to watch Bodyguards and Assassins with Jen Kiat, Kelvin, Cheng Qian and Lee An. It was way better than Storm Warriors. Had lunch at the food court and saw Veron there. Head home after that.

Left my house after dinner to meet up with Huiling and Yuling. We were going to ton at the airport to send a few of the NPWushu people off. Wasn't really a lot of things to do there. Had our supper a McDonalds and Hongkun joined us shortly. Initially wanted Ajisen but it was under renovation. Made our way back to Terminal 3 to slack at the Coffee Club.

Saturday
The people arrived at around 5.30 onwards. Chat with them and waited for everyone to arrive. Checked in their luggage and took a few group photos before they went through the gate. The remaining of us had a light breakfast at Ya Kun Kaya Toast. Left at 7.45am and made our way home. Went down to Lavender for Chingay. Did more ladder elements today. End of the day, we practiced getting into formation before they let us off. The training committee had a little bit of extra training before we were let off. Went down to Dhoby Ghaut to get a present for the Chirstmas Exchange at Kevin's house. Went home to put my things down before making my way there. Played a bit of Wii and watched some wrestling videos. A few of Kevin's friends and his sister's friends were there. Everything ended around 11pm. Walked home with Xian Feng and Mingshu

Finally the stress of Sem 2 Term 1 is over.

Hope to be able to enjoy the holidays. But sadly, integrated assignment has to be done =( So over the holidays and when school starts, the heavy workload will be back again. Just hope we can finish this fast and do it well.

A busy week. Just two more weeks and the holiday is here.

Friday
Last BCJ lesson of the term. A little screwed. Ended early and made my way to the clubhouse. Fortunately I met Elvis and got him to help open the clubhouse. Slacked until the rest came. Only me, Hong Ming, Catherine and Huiling were going over from school. Took 151 to somewhere near Toa Payoh and took 31 to Sino. Training was quite slacked. Did basics and jumps. Halfway during the training, there was a short circuit. Continued the training. After that, went for the usual supper before going home.

Saturday
Reached PAHQ at 8am. Helped out with the Manpower section with the registration. The practice started at 9.30am. Learned a few more steps. After the training ended, they had a birthday celebration for two of the sub-com members. After the celebration, the training committee continued on to learn the finale dance steps. Ended at around 4pm. Made my way down to Queensway Shopping Center to meet up with Hong Ming, Catherine, Issac and Yuling. They were all carrying the Uniqlo Tote Bag and also some of the things they bought from Queensway. We had our dinner at the Ikea there. It was the first time I ate there. The food was not bad. Left at 6.30pm and took the bus to the MRT station.

Shopping + Movie with NPWushu.

Reached Orchard at 2pm+. Saw Hui Ling and Hong Ming there already. Waited for Jun Jie, Yuling, Issac, Louis and Catherine. Went to have lunch first at Sakae. Didn't eat much as there was no buffet special due to public holiday. After that, the shopping spree began. We walked around Ion Orchard as some of them wanted to get some winter clothing for the Anhui trip. Head over to Uniqlo and wasted quite some time there. Bought a shirt from there. After that we walked around again and Tze Yuan joined us. Yuling left at 6.30pm. At 7pm, we reached the Shawhouse to see if there is any movie available. Eventually we decided on Ninja Assassin which was M18 and we managed to get tickets for all. Went to find a place to eat at Takashimaya but due to the large crowd, we could only settle down at Mos Burger. After our meal, the group of us walked around while waiting for the movie to start. Somehow Ninja Assassin doesn't interest me that much after watching it. Walked around a while before we took the train home.

BBQ @ Eenexx house.

Went over to Eenexx condo for BBQ together with a few of the YHSS wushu people. Nothing much done actually, other than BBQing and chatting. Towards 8pm+, Peilin, Hwee Leng, Pei Shi, Brandon and Yi Xiang left, only left Donovan, Chee How, Le Ying, Si Pei, Jian An, Eenexx, her brother, her sister and her boyfriend. We continue to BBQ the food until Zheng Jie and Jun Ming came. Stayed on a while and it was 10pm. We started to clear up everything and talk about some ghost stories. After clearing up, we head up to Eenexx house to put some of the stuff that can still be used there. Left at about 11.30pm.

Nearly one week since the last post.

Saturday
Met up with Hui Ling and Xiao Kai at GV Yishun to watch 2012. Overall not a bad show except for the ending part. After that, we met with Hong Ming and went Popular to get some stuff. Made our way down to the bus stop near Catherine's house after we were done with our stuffs. The others were waiting for us, mainly a few of the OP Wushu and NP Wushu people plus 3 of Catherine's friends. We sneak in to Catherine's house and she was like still oblivious of so many people in her house. We then all surprise her at her door with a Happy Birthday song. After the song, we sat around her house and watch some TV and videos. We also ordered KFC over. Sat around, played a few rounds of Truth or Dare, Zhong Ji Mi Ma, Dai Di. Some had left early while the remaining of us stayed on until around 2am+. Catherine's dad sent us to Yishun MRT and we took cab home.

Sunday
Supposedly had some volunteer work to do. In the end, did not go for it. Met up with Guo Hong, Jasper and Adalia at Bugis. Played arcade and LAN. Walked from Bugis to Suntec City and upon reaching Suntec, we wanted to cross over to Marina Square by the Convention Center but due to the APEC meeting, we had to walk one big around to enter Marina Square. Had our dinner at Xin Wang Cafe. As usual, after the meal, we had the usual walk to Raffles Place MRT before going home.

Sometimes I do wonder if I made the right choice to get into MMA.

It all began from Year 1. I learned a lot of things that I never got to learn in Secondary School or in other courses. One of my favourite module was DPM where we got to learn how to take good photographs. Other than that, all my other modules were not really much of my interest. DRF was a hard one for me. My Art has been constantly getting poor grades from primary school to secondary school. I manage to get a 'B' for that module because the lecturer that taught us care more about how we improved instead of drawing really good drawings. I feel that I let the lecturer down because after so long, I still can't draw well. GDF was another killer. I myself can't really design well. As for the programming modules: PDA and PSP, I started out knowing nothing to being able to make a simple flash game through programming. It got me a little more interested in this area.

Start of Year 2. Things start to get tougher. I got to learn 3D modelling and making visual effects. It was fun to learn all these new things. I especially like 3D modelling as I had been quite impress by how people can make a virtual object look so realistic. But when it comes to doing it, I did not fare very well for it. I couldn't complete some of my assignments on 3D modelling on time. Also, my 3D models weren't very nice as well.

It is almost to the end of Year 2 soon. Right now, I still can't complete my assignments for DDI. It isn't much of a work, but the expectations of the graphics is just too much for me. I have the ideas for making it nice, but when it comes to practical, I just can't seem to portray it out. Currently having to design a banner and application but yet I still have not completed either one. I guess I'm prepared to retake this module.

Maybe it wasn't a wise choice to have come into this course. I'm just sorry to have let all my classmates down.

Finally IVP is over.

All the intense training finally paid off. NP won the overall first this year.

Friday
Quickly head down to the Loft after my IS lesson. Put my things down and then waited for the lorry to come down. Made our way to SP to collect the carpet. Thankfully there was some SP wushu people to help us move the carpet up the lorry. Upon reaching back NP, we move the carpet out of the lorry and the SP people head back with the lorry. It was like left with eight of us to move the carpet to the hall. Fortunately, there were some people who came to help us out to move the carpet. Once done, it was around 7pm+. We then head back to the loft to rest a while before heading out to the market for dinner. Went back to the sports hall and then we waited until the hall was clear before we set up the hall for IVP. Everything ended around 11.30pm. Changed out at the Loft and slept at around 2am+.

Saturday
Woke up at 7am. We had to reach the sports hall before 8am. The whole event began at 9am+. Can't really remember much. For my event, a lot of people did not do very well. I was lucky enough to get a 2nd place. End of the competition, SP came in 3rd, NYP came in 2nd and NP won first. End of the day, we celebrated back at the Loft with Ritz pizza delivery and KFC. After that, some of us had nothing to do so we stayed up to play Zhong Ji Mi Ma and whoever said that number will be made to say a truth. Slept at around 2am.

Sunday
Some people had left the day before and it was only left with me, Wayne, Hong Ming, Li Ting, Hui Ling, Catherine, Hong Kun and Yuling. We all woke up at around 9am+ and the person in charge of the loft came to chase us out and we had to clean up the whole place in half an hour. We had our breakfast of Fruit Loops at clubhouse before heading home.

Is back from training camp.

Day 1: Training as per normal with Coach Liu. After training, we went to KAP to get some food back to the Old Childcare for dinner. Slept at around 2-3am.

Day 2: Woke up at around 8am but a lot of people dragged on to 9am to wake up. Then we had breakfast at canteen 2 before training started at 11am. Did fen duan and full routine. Had a short break until 2.30pm before we continued for afternoon training. Played CS during the break. Left at around 6pm to get to my cousin's birthday at Home Team Academy there. Nothing much to do there except eating. Left at 9.30pm and made my way back to school after the cake cutting. When I reached back school, the back gate was locked. Climbed over the fence as I was lazy to walk one big round to the main entrance. Changed out and then we had a few games of CS with Catherine joining us in a few games. At around 11pm, we were deciding on what to eat as Isaac was hungry. In the end we didn't ordered anything as almost all the fast food delivery ended at 11pm except McDonalds. Some went to sleep while the rest of us were playing cards. Nothing much to do. Chat with Hui Ling, Catherine, Hong Ming and Xiao Kai before we slept in.

Day 3: Woke up at 6.30am as some wanted to go out early to eat breakfast. In the end, we dragged on to 8am while Ah Yang came with our breakfast nearing 9am. Training eventually started at 10am as Coach Liu was late. Quite intensive training. At 12pm, we were released and rest for a while before we started packing up and clearing the place. Had our lunch at the market before going home.

NIKE+ 10K Human Race

Met Kelvin first, who was driving me and my friends to the F1 Pit Building. Fetched Wei Cheng and Edwin at Yew Tee and then we made our way down. Upon reaching, Aik Hao was there directing vehicles. He had been there since 11pm. After parking the car, Kelvin went to wait for Jen Kiat and Alistair. The rest of us went to deposit our bags. The race began at 7.10am. Completed the race in 1 hour and 28 minutes. After the race, went to Marina Square to eat Yoshinoya with Wei Cheng and Edwin. Coincidentally we saw Kevin and his sister there. Walked to the Epicenter @ Suntec as Edwin wanted to send his iPod Touch for repair. But it did not offer repair service there. We then made our way down to the Epicenter at Wheelocks Place. Took 190 home after that.

Not a bad start for first day of school.

Woke up with a bad throat in the morning. Went to lecture theater for prize presentation. Had lunch with Alex and Beng Boon. Head to the DOT and played DOTA with Kang Wei, Edmund, Beng Boon. First lesson of the day: Interactivity Experience 1. Seems similar to FCP that we took in year 1. What we are going to do is making use of what we learn in other modules to create a good interactivity site or game. After the lesson, me, Alex, Beng Boon, Kok Leong, Louis, Hiro and Shayne went to CityVibe to play arcade. Had dinner at Mos Burger before I went to Clementi CC to teach Wushu. The class was quite controllable. At the end of the day, I went home with a fever.

Just had a few hours of sleep not long ago.

Friday
Met Alvin, Wei Cheng, Hui Koon, Xian Feng, Choon Tat and Edwin at Causeway Point. Had our dinner at Ajisen. After the meal, we walked from CWP to Alvin's house. Along the way, we met up with Kevin and bought some snacks and drinks from Sheng Shiong before going up to his house. Upon reaching, we settled down at Alvin's house and played the PS2. There was only one game available: WWE. Then the clique gave me a surprise birthday celebration. After that, we continued with the game. It was hilarious at one point. Hui Koon and Xian Feng were playing a ladder match and it lasted for an hour. We were all like very sianed. At 11pm, most of them left, leaving me, Xian Feng, Choon Tat and Alvin. Waited for Jia Hao to come. We continued playing the PS2 for a while before we switched to playing Mahjong. So long never play Mahjong. Played throughout the night until 7am

Saturday
Had breakfast at a nearby coffee shop before going home. Less than 15 minutes after I reached home, I had to leave my house to have breakfast with my Dad and brother. Met with Edwin, Wei Cheng and Kevin after that to collect our racepack. Made our way down to City Hall and walked to the Singapore Flyer. There wasn't much of a crowd there collecting the race pack. It took us less than 3 mins to get our stuff. Had Popeye for lunch. Reached home around 3pm.

Havent updated for a whole week.

Now I'm back to teaching wushu, at Gek Poh Ville CC. At least some income coming in.

Met up with Ying Qing, Ronald and Benjamin at Orchard on Saturday. Walked around, initially wanting to watch movie. But not a lot of movie choices. We decided to just have our meal at Far East Plaza first. Then we walked around FEP. Bought a pair of Vans shoes for $59, quite a steal after seeing many other stores selling it for $89.90. Continued walking around for a while. Then we head down to Chinatown where Ying Qing wanted to buy some perfume thingy. Had quite a hard time finding that specific store. On our way back, we had some desserts at a shop in Chinatown, can't remember the name. The desserts were not bad, a little expensive though. Went home after that.

Past few days had performance.

Friday

First performance was at Tampines Central Community Club. There were me, Benjamin, Rayvern, Wen Di, Lister, Xing Yan, Alvin and Zhang Qian performing. The stage was very small, couldn't do much on stage. But still, we manage to put up an okay performance.

Second performance was at Elias Mall. Similar stage, nothing much happen.

Saturday

First performance was at Pasir Ris West Plaza. It was raining that day, the floor was a little wet. The only trouble we had was the height restriction, some movements had to be cut down.

Second performance was at Rivervale Plaza. Similarly, it was wet as well. After the performance, most of us went to Compass Point and sat at the Starbucks, chatting.

Sunday

First performance was at Taman Jurong Shopping Centre. The stage seemed slightly wider. But when I was doing a Xuan Zi, I fell off the stage. Continued on with the performance.

Second performance was at Pioneer Mall. Not too bad. After the performance, Zhi Yong drove us to Jurong Point and we celebrated by having ice-cream at Swensons.

Met Guohong and Ronnie at Hougang Stadium to do gym. Been a very long time since I went to gym. After that, head down to Cineleisure to meet secondary school friends: Alvin, Xian Feng, Choon Tat, Ashilah, Pei Qi, Hui Koon and Edwin. They had their meal at Pastamania. Then we went to watch Phobia 2, since I and Edwin weren't of age yet for the Inglorious Basterds and The Gamer. Quite funny during some parts. As usual, Choon Tat, Xian Feng and Alvin were the screamers. One of the scene from Phobia 2 was a little like Left 4 Dead. The last story was pretty funny. We walked around Takashimaya and Ion Orchard after the movie. Left at 8pm to go down to Gek Poh.

Steamboat with NP Wushu.

Met the NP wushu people at Bugis MRT station. Was a little late. We then head over to the steamboat just below the KTV that we went to the last time. Started to eat first while waiting for Xiao Kai and Jun Jie. We had two tables, one for those who eat seafood, another for those who do not eat. The other side had their whole pan filled with food every time while our side cook everything slowly. Ate until quite full. We walked around Bugis Street after that as Cheng Qian wanted to buy clothes. After walking around for a while, we went back to MRT station to take the train home.

Went to watch the 8th National Wushu Display at Singapore Indoor Stadium.

Met Jaryl, Hao Meng and his girlfriend at LJS at MacDonald house. Then we went over to the Cathay to walk around and also wait for Jun Jie, Ren Zoe, Jie Kai and Samuel. Saw Ye Huei there who had to manage some event thing there. Made our way to Parklane to play CS. Ronnie joined us shortly after. I left first to meet Adalia who totally don't know how to get to the indoor stadium. Upon reaching Kallang, saw a lot of people. Cheng Qian and Xing Yan with the SP wushu people. Wanted to take bus there but too many people and the waiting time for the bus was long so we cabbed there. Upon reaching, saw Bing Han, Li Jun, Danielle and Colin. We entered the stadium first. Found our seats and we were just on time for the starting. The introduction was a little boring. First up was the Lion Dance performance. Every display also the same thing, just different organization. After that was the performance by Sino wushu. Not too bad. Cant really remember the sequence for the other events. There was Shaolin performance, Taijiquan performance, exponents from China Emei Wushu and China Wushu Association. I was quite impressed by the performance by the Wudang Taoist Kung Fu Academy. Also there were performance by the China Coaches who are teaching in Singapore. One of them did their routine and the spear head broke off. As usual, the event ended with a dragon dance performance.

After the display, some of us wanted to eat. Me, Adalia, Si Pei, Guo Hong, Ronnie and his friends, Ren Mao walked from Singapore Indoor Stadium to Suntec City while halfway in between, Ronnie's friends went another way. Reached Suntec City and it was like 11.30pm so we decided not to eat and we all managed to catch the last train to leave City Hall. Took all the way to Pioneer and me, Adalia and Si Pei went to have our dinner at a nearby hawker center. Reached home at 1.30am.

Chingay briefing + Ronnie birthday.

Met Jessica and Rachel at the bus stop near Jalan Besar stadium. Initially supposed to meet them at Eunos but I was late. We walked to the new People's Association HQ. Changed for passes at the security there. Walked in to the building and signed in. Once inside the auditorium, we were like total strangers there. Didn't see any familiar faces. Shortly after Myron arrived. We sat down and soon we saw some familiar faces, the circus people from Chingay '08. It seems that most of the people there either took part in Chingay '08 or '09. We watched a video on the preparations for '09 and also a preview of Brazil's "Chingay". It really was amazing. We then were briefed about what to expect for Chingay 2010. I really quite like their idea, it makes me want to join their item. Up next, we were all asked to sit in a circle with percussion instruments there. Many of us didn't have any musical background but while playing the instruments, we were all having fun making the music. After that, we waited for the Muslims to break fast before we helped ourselves to the buffet.

After the buffet, me, Jessica and Myron made our way to Lavender MRT and we went our separate ways. Made my way down to Serangoon to celebrate Ronnie's birthday. Quite a lot of people there. His family + Wufang + YJC friends + NTU friends. Cut the cake and sat around chatting. Jasper's dad sent me home after that.

Met up with two very "old" friends today.

Met Jessica and Rachel at Bishan MRT station. It has been 1 1/2 years since we last saw each other at Chingay 2008. Bought our lunch at KFC and made our way to ECP by bus. Finished everything on the bus and reached ECP. It was drizzling but we continued with renting the bicycles. First stop, the jetty area where we took a number of photos there. After that, we continued down until the garden there, or whatever it is called. We then made our way back to the lagoon area and sat down at the beach there. Took a lot of photos and listening to music. We cycled all the way past the McDonald and down to the Big Splash there. We had quite a laugh there at some people falling down from their skates. It was going 6pm and we head back to the rental shop to return our bicycles. We settled on steamboat for dinner. There wasn't really much variety of food available though. But we managed to get our stomachs full. After that, we took SBS 13 out of ECP and Jessica and I alighted at Boon Keng waiting for our respective buses while Rachel continued the journey on SBS 13.

Celebrated Alvin's birthday at Kuishinbo.

Met Wei Cheng, Edwin, Ming Shu and Xian Zheng at CCK MRT. Kevin was late so we headed down to City Hall first. Once there, we rushed our way to Kuishinbo and settled down. Hui Koon, Choon Tat and his girlfriend were already there. Waited for Kevin, Xian Feng and Alvin before we started eating. Ate a lot of things. Left at around 3pm and we walked around Suntec City before going to Marina Square for bowling. My team consist of Choon Tat, Wei Cheng, Alvin, Ming Shu and me. The first game, we were losing badly. Towards the end of the first game, I managed to get a few strikes and spare, putting me in the top of the list, but still lost as a group. Second game, it was a close match towards the end, but still lost, though once again I top the list. For the first time, my second game was better than my first game. After bowling, we had our dinner at Carl's Junior. Talked a bit, Jia Hao came down, at around 7pm+, we started making our way back home.

Sunday
Was out with Adalia and Chin Kiat to study. Actually the one who studied most was Chin Kiat. I merely went there and the only thing I did was just download some brushes and plug-ins for Photoshop and After Effects. Nothing much after that.

Monday
Went RP for training today. Quite slack. Not a lot of people. They were preparing for performance. After that had a hair cut.

Went home, changed out, left home again.

Met Guo Hong and Jasper at City Hall. We head down to Suntec City for dinner first, then we made our way to the Singapore Flyer. First time sitting in it. Quite fun there, except we couldn't have the cabin to ourselves. The view was really very nice. Photos will be uploaded soon. Let pictures tell everything.
